This handbook is intended for members of the Performing Arts Council. It should provide all resources including personnel, policies, and equipment necessary to produce a show at Penn. Sub-Committee Chairs, Platt House, and PAC Shop staff are resources, as well. If you need further clarification, contact us. The Performing Arts Council Constitution is an additional tool, a guiding document for all groups within the Council. Please review it before the beginning of each semester.
